The annual “Civil Pedura” event was held on the 21st of September 2023, at the Department of Civil Engineering premises at the University of Moratuwa. The event provides a platform for civil engineering students to showcase their talents in music, dancing, and drama.
Students from all levels, as well as lecturers and instructors, took part in the event, delivering stunning performances that captivated the audience. Sambuddha Bajracharya, a full-time SAF Scholar from Nepal studying for his Masters in Water Resources Engineering and Management at UMCSAWM, was among the participants and performers, and his lovely song “Nidhi Nethi Raya Pura” was a highlight of the evening.
Civil Pedura is a popular event among the University of Moratuwa student community, and it is a great opportunity for students to come together and celebrate their shared passion.
