We warmly invite researchers, academics, industry professionals, and postgraduate students to submit original research contributions related to energy, water resources, environmental sustainability, and associated multidisciplinary fields.
Abstracts must be submitted through the Google Form accessible via the Abstract Submission button provided above.
Selected authors will subsequently be invited to submit full papers for consideration in a Springer Nature conference proceedings volume.
Review articles and literature surveys will not be accepted. Each submitted full paper will undergo Springer Nature's quality checks, and only papers that satisfy the required publication standards will be accepted for publication.
Abstracts, extended abstracts, and short papers containing fewer than four pages will not be considered for publication in the Springer Nature conference proceedings.
Detailed procedures for full-paper submission will be announced on the conference website and communicated directly to eligible authors by email following the conference.
Springer Nature does not charge publication fees for non-open-access conference proceedings.
Authors whose abstracts are accepted are expected to present their work during ICEWSE 2026. Presentations will be conducted either as oral presentations or poster presentations according to the recommendation of the Scientific Committee.
Presentations must be prepared using the official PowerPoint template provided by the conference. All text, tables, graphs, and figures should be clear and readable, with a recommended minimum font size of 18 pt.
Presentation rooms will be equipped with a laptop, Microsoft PowerPoint, multimedia projector, and projection screen. Presenters are encouraged to bring a backup copy of their presentation on a USB flash drive.
Authors delivering presentations virtually must complete conference registration. Virtual presentations receive the same publication consideration as in-person presentations and presenters remain eligible to receive a certificate of participation.
Zoom meeting information and presentation schedules will be sent to registered presenters prior to the conference.
15 minutes for presentation followed by 5 minutes for questions and discussion.
Use the official conference PowerPoint template and ensure all content is clear and readable.
Registered virtual presenters will receive the Zoom meeting link and presentation schedule via email.
Authors assigned to the poster presentation category are required to prepare and display a full-size research poster in accordance with the conference specifications. Posters should communicate the objectives, methodology, key findings, and conclusions of the study in a concise and visually engaging manner.
